Meet the guest and host
Welton McCrary is director of property management at Perennial Properties. With over 15 years of experience in multifamily, his areas of expertise include operations, customer service, and cost management. In his most recent role at The Life Properties, Welton oversaw a portfolio of over 10,000 units.
Rich Mitchell is the director of marketing for Capital Square Living, where he leads the marketing strategy for 57 properties representing over 13,000 units. With over a decade in the multifamily industry, Rich also has experience in operations and onsite property management.
Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
