NAA Apartmentalize 2025: Highlights from Apartments.com

Three days in June. The Entertainment Capital of the World. Tens of thousands of multifamily professionals.

Packed with visitors, NAA’s Apartmentalize conference this year featured hundreds of exhibitors. But no booth was buzzing with quite as much excitement as Apartments.com’s.

With new AI-powered tools to nurture leads and supercharge leasing, the Apartments.com booth kicked the excitement up a notch. That’s along with a six-figure cash giveaway and a life-size apartment tour.

Whether you missed the conference or just need a refresher, here are the top takeaways from the biggest multifamily event of the year. You’ll get a look at the latest products from Apartments.com and even meet the lucky winners who took home a total of $120K.

3 winners hit the jackpot

Everyone wants to leave Las Vegas a winner. For three multifamily professionals this year, that dream became a reality.

But for these winners, it was the Apartments.com booth — not the slot machines or poker tables — that earned them a cash prize.

This year, the Apartments.com booth offered not just one — but three — cash giveaways.

On Thursday, Paige Aguilar and Rae Modlin won a cool $10,000 each.

Paige, a regional property manager from Fayetteville, Arkansas, entered the giveaway by visiting The Brad, an immersive apartment experience at the Apartments.com booth. Rae, a business manager for The Wyre in Asheville, North Carolina, checked in at the Apartments.com booth.

And on Friday, Coralynn Plana scored the ultimate prize: $100,000. The regional manager at WestCorp Management said she went “bonkers” when she saw her name on the screen.

“I’m so happy that this happened today,” she said.

In addition to the cash giveaways, there was one more prize: Lauren Reece, a marketing and training director for Quarterpenny Management and a huge fan of Kenny Chesney, won a special guitar signed by the country star himself.

The Brad: a revolution in apartment living

If you visited the Apartments.com booth, you couldn’t miss The Brad. A life-size apartment, this immersive walkthrough experience showcased the latest tech from Apartments.com.

Conference attendees who walked through The Brad got the opportunity to film their very own Matterport 3D tour with a Matterport camera.

Not only did they experience the ease of recording a virtual tour, but they also got to see the many ways Matterport 3D tours drive high-quality leads — such as showing renters what the spaces look like with or without furniture and displaying precise measurements within a room. These new tools give renters crucial information in their rental search.

Property management teams can gain a 360 view of their properties when they merge scans of individual units to create a complete digital twin.

Visitors to The Brad also discovered the advantages of Apartments.com’s MyMedia and Social & Reputation Suite. And they got a glimpse into the future of AI-powered voice search, coming to Apartments.com this year.

A virtually perfect photo

Brad Bellflower, too, made an appearance at Apartmentalize — but from another dimension. Visitors to The Brad could take a hologram photo with multifamily icon, as if they were right next to him. They also got to take home a signed copy of their personal photo — a unique memento from an unforgettable event!
